Amenities

Pool & Clubhouse

Available to Senna Hills residents and their guests, at the main amenity center.

The pool is available to Senna Hills residents and their guests, from 7:00am to 9:00pm daily — until 10:00pm on Friday and Saturday. There is no lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk. The clubhouse is a modest covered gathering space within the pool area. The full amenity center rules are below.

Access

Access to the pool is via coded gates. The current code is posted for residents on TownSq — see the amenity access codes page for instructions.

Reservations

The pool and clubhouse are reserved together, at no cost, through the reservation section in TownSq.

  • A reservation is required for parties with more than 4 guests.
  • Only one reservation will be honored in any time slot.
  • Maximum party size is 30 — that count includes all participants, kids and adults.
  • A reservation does not grant exclusive use of the pool or amenity center — do not discourage anyone else from using the pool at the same time.
  • Do not share gate codes, and do not prop the gate open.
  • Charges will apply for any damages or if the pool area is not left tidy.

  • Amenities are for Senna Hills residents and their guests. No more than 4 guests per adult resident at any one time, and the resident must be present with their guests. (Larger parties require a reservation.)
  • No glass containers. No smoking.
  • No pets — Texas law prohibits pets in the pool area, and pets are also not allowed on the tennis court or at the playground.
  • Never prop a gate open — Texas law prohibits propping the pool gate — and never share access codes.
  • No skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, bikes, or trikes in the pool area or on the courts. Please leave them in the grass, clear of the sidewalk.
  • No silly string, shaving cream, or water balloons.

  • Residents should feel free to ask others to stop rule violations, and report incidents through TownSq or to any board member.
  • Parents and guardians are responsible for their children's compliance with the rules. Any damage to amenity center property caused by a resident, their children, or their guests is the financial responsibility of the resident.
