Welcome to the neighborhood! Here's everything worth knowing in your first week.
Almost everything the HOA does day to day — announcements, service requests, architectural approvals, dues — runs through the TownSq resident portal, managed by Goodwin Management. Create your account there, or email ASENmanager@goodwintx.com if you have trouble. The primary homeowner sets up their account first and can then add family members or renters.
The pool, tennis court, basketball court, and amenity-center playground are behind coded gates. The current codes are in a pinned announcement on TownSq — see the amenity access codes page for details. Please don't share the codes; children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult, and there is no lifeguard on duty.
Three services need an account in your name:
Already included in your HOA dues: trash, recycling, and bulk pickup — all on Thursday, no signup needed. Need a bin repaired or replaced? Submit a request in TownSq.
Outdoor watering runs on a schedule based on the last digit of your address — look yours up on the News & Notices page.
Senna Hills is in the Eanes Independent School District: Barton Creek Elementary, West Ridge Middle School, and Westlake High School.
Join the Senna Hills Facebook group and follow @sennahillsatx on Instagram. Check out the trails, the pool, and the rest of the amenities — and if you want to get involved, the committees are always looking for volunteers.
For almost anything the HOA handles — maintenance issues, deed-restriction concerns, architectural approvals, account and dues questions — the fastest path is to submit a request through TownSq. That routes it straight to Goodwin Management and keeps a record.
For everything outside the HOA — utilities, non-emergency numbers, schools, even mailbox parts — the Contacts page has the full list.
